Well, Hello October!

It's my favorite month of the year: October. I love the Fall season: crisp weather, leaves falling down, rainy days, putting on seasonal candles, wearing cozy sweaters, pretty fall make-up, bundling up in a blanket at the the fireplace reading your favorite book, drinking hot cocoa with your friends...

Travel Essentials

People are traveling all around the world right now, so I thought this would be a great time to share some fun summer travel essentials and tips!

Whether you're driving, taking the train or jetting around the world, it's very important to feel comfortable in every way. Picking out a comfortable outfit to travel in and knowing that you took everything with you, already makes quite a difference. Traveling always seems to be more stressful rather than feeling well-rested afterwards. That's why it's important to prepare yourself: being well-organized means less stress and MORE fun, and that's what we're going for right?

When I'm at the airport, I love to keep all of my necessaries separate in my bag. I always put my wallet at the bottom, a separate coin purse for loose change above it and I use a small pouch for my ID, ATM cards, credit cards and important documents. It's also better to wear a watch, rather than constantly checking your phone, so it won't drain your battery.

We've planned a 12-day trip to Dubai in about six weeks, so I'm very excited and already picking out things along the way to take with me!

1. DRE BEATS earbuds // 2. MICHAEL KORS tote // 3. EVIAN facial water spray // 4. TORY BURCH ballerina flat // 5. SEE BY CHLOE pouch // 6. DIESEL watch // 7. JONATHAN ADLER oversized scarf // 8. REBECCA MINKOFF leather sunglasses case // 9. KATE SPADE small stacy wallet

What are your travel essentials?

Getting Cozy

During these cold rainy days, there will be moments when all you wanna do is lock yourself up, put on a relaxing candle, lay back and take some time for yourself. And yes, this is one of those days! My husband always works late, most days he comes home at 01.00 am, so with this weather I love to stay inn.

After cleaning the house, I finally get the time to put on a facial mask. Afterwards I'm going to get a long hot shower, rub in a delicious body butter, wear a cute and comfortable outfit and get cozy under a warm fluffy blanket, reading some magazines and watching one of my favorite movies!
Hope everyone has a wonderful evening.

Kiehl's

I've tried so many different brands (from drugstore to high-end), but I keep coming back to Kiehl's.

A while ago I couldn't even buy their products in my country. For some of you that may seem really weird, because Kiehl's is such a well known brand. Most people in my country never even heard of it! Because of reading beauty blogs and watching videos of beauty guru's at YouTube I've got introduced to this brand.

I used to buy their products abroad, while being on vacation (New York, Dubai, Malaysia...) and after a while they opened up their first store in Amsterdam (the capital of the Netherlands), but for me it takes about a 2 hour drive to get there, so that wasn't really an option for me. After a few months I was so excited to hear that they finally had opened a Kiehl's webshop for Dutch citizen, so I didn't have to travel anymore to buy their products! And now I have even more exciting news: they've opened up a store in my city; so I was really glad when I heard that! Now I can finally shop at Kiehl's whenever I want without traveling, Kiehl's is just 5 minutes away...

I've been loving Kiehl's products for such a long time, their quality is really good. I personally think they have true products, they don't need fancy packaging to be sold and don't even have to advertise to get their customers. My skin is very sensitive, but not for Kiehl's.

The following products work really well for me. One of my favorites is (of course!) their Ultra Facial Moisturizer! But there are more products I adore...

1) Ultra Facial Moisturizer, EUR 24.00
2) Powerful Strenght Line-Reducing Concentrate, EUR 55.00
3) Acai Damage-Protecting Toner, EUR 28.00
4) Clearly Corrective Dark Spot Solution, EUR 45.00
5) Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado, EUR 25.00
6) Midnight Recovery Concentrate, EUR 39.00 (30ml)

Have you ever tried Kiehl's? What are your favorites?

Note: For more information about Kiehl's products please visit their website http://www.kiehls.com . All prices are written in Euros. You can purchase these products at your local Kiehl's store or at their webshop.
